Brief

1Rebel ran a fitness pop-up in Dubai and needed a prize-wheel mechanic at the door: physical, branded, mechanically reliable. Brief landed two weeks out from the opening date.

Process

CO2 laser cut the wheel body and prize segments. Clean kerf, no scorch on the cut face. UV flatbed printed the prize sectors and the 1Rebel brand-marks direct to substrate, no decals. Bearings sourced and bench-tested for the spin action. Weighted, not floppy.

Outcome

Drop-in, plug-and-spin. Signups captured at the wheel. Fourteen days from brief to opening day, hit on schedule. The wheel travelled to two further pop-ups on the same rig.
