A bamboo hand fan and velvet-pouch kit for a Graff brand activation, a heritage object delivered with maison-grade execution. Discreet, exact, on time.

Process

Bamboo ribs CNC-cut from clean stock. Slow feed, clean edge, no scorch on the face. The Graff-G pattern printed in saturated green direct to fabric leaves before assembly, register marks on every panel. Handles wood-burned with the maison wordmark, one rib at a time. Velvet pouches custom-sewn and embossed with the G monogram in gold.

Pantone-matched, register-locked, hand-assembled. Every step inspected piece by piece.

Outcome

Delivered ahead of the activation event. Discreet, exact, on time, and quiet enough on the floor that the kit went into subsequent regional activations.
